BLA says it killed 28 Pakistani soldiers in Balochistan

Quetta (Balochistan): Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) today said its freedom fighters have killed at least 28 personnel of the occupying Pakistani military and wounded several others in multiple attacks at various places in Balochistan over the last few weeks, including Turbat, Kahan, Gwadar and Quetta.

The attacks, over the last two days, were carried out on moving convoys as well as military camps and posts.

Members of BLAs Special Tactical Operations Squad (STOS) yesterday targeted a Pakistani military convoy in Chapi Kach area of Kahan by exploding an IED, the outfit said in a statement to News Vibes of India (NVI).

At least 8 enemy personnel, including a Captain identified as Fahad, were killed and 3 injured in the attack, it said.

Another convoy of the Pakistani military was ambushed by the STOS in Gokdan, Turbat, two days back, the BLA said.

The STOS used rockets and heavy weapons, killing at least 7 enemy personnel, including a JCO, and injuring four, it said, adding 2 vehicles were destroyed in the action.

In Turbat again, BLA fighters targeted a military camp near Hoshaap with rockets on Saturday night, causing severe damage and losses to the enemy troops, the statement said.

In another attack on Saturday night, BLA fighters targeted a military outpost in Dasht Saheji area of Gwadar, lobbing several grenades and causing losses to the enemy forces, it said.

Similarly in Gilli, Bulaida, an outpost of Pakistani military was targeted with grenade launchers and heavy weapons, the BLA said, adding 3 enemy troops were injured in the attack.

A Pakistani military outpost was also targeted in Joosk in Turbat, with a hand grenade, while in Kehkan in Turbat, an enemy military base was targeted with BM12 long-range projectiles, it said.

Yesterday, BLA fighters targeted policemen guarding a police station on Sabzal Road, Quetta, with a hand grenade. Two enemy personnel were injured in the attack, it said.

In another attack in Quetta, BLA fighters targeted enemy personnel in Satellite Town, injuring three enemy personnel.

An enemy post was also targeted with a hand grenade on Sariab road, Quetta, the BLA said, adding three enemy personnel were injured in the attack.

In Khuzdar, BLA fighters targeted a police vehicle on Jeelani Chowk, wounding several enemy personnel.

“These enemy personnel were involved in disrespecting and manhandling innocent civilians in the name of security checking,” the statement said.

In Kalat, BLA fighters destroyed a truck involved in plundering Baloch national resources. The drivers of the truck were released unharmed after final warnings, it said.

Earlier, on November 17 and 29, BLA freedom fighters gallantly fought and repulsed enemy advances in Kolwah, the statement said.

In these deadly battles, Baloch freedom fighters eliminated at least 13 enemy personnel and injured several others, it said.

In defence of the motherland, 11 Baloch freedom fighters also embraced martyrdom, the outfit said.
