Quetta: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight said it killed 5 personnel of Pakistan military and injured at least 7 in attacks in Zamuran, Kolwah, Kharan, Panjgur and Dhaddar areas of Balochistan since last night.
This morning, at around 8 am, a patrol vehicle of Pakistani military was ambushed by BLA fighters in Sahdem, Zamuran, it’s spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said.
All four enemy personnel in the vehicle, identified as Naik Sher Ahmed, Nail Mohammad Asgher, Sepoy Mohammad Irfan and Sepoy Abdul Rasheed, were killed on the spot, he said.
Pakistan Army spokesman confirmed the killing of its 4 personnel in the attack on its patrol party in the Kech district.
“In the attack, unfortunately 4 x soldiers including Naik Shair Ahmed, Lance Naik Muhammad Asghar, Sepoy Muhammad Irfan and Sepoy Abdur Rasheed were critically injured and later embraced shahadat,” Inter-Services Press Relations (ISPR) said in a statement.
The enemy vehicle was completely destroyed and all enemy weapons and belongings were confiscated, the BLA spokesman added.
Later, in Panjgur, BLA fighters targeted enemy personnel deployed at the main entrance of Pakistani military headquarters with a hand grenade attack, killing one enemy personnel, he said.
Last night, in Kolwah, BLA fighters targeted a camp of occupying Pakistani military with heavy weapons, injuring at least 2 enemy personnel, he said.
In another attack last night in Kharan, BLA fighters targeted a base camp of Pakistani military in Albat area, Baloch said, adding at least 3 enemy personnel were injured in this attack and the enemy camp was heavily damaged.
Last night in Dhaddar, BLA fighters targeted a post of Pakistani military with a hand grenade. Enemy personnel present in the post were injured in the attack, he said.
