Poonch, Sep 06 (NVI): A CISF personnel sustained injuries due to an accidental discharge of a firearm while on duty at Government Higher Secondary School in Poonch district, officials said.
Officials told News Vibes of India (NVI) that a CISF jawan was injured in the accidental firing incident in Poonch.
He added that the officer, identified as Manish Verma, was injured, though the exact circumstances of the incident are yet to be determined.
Meanwhile, police have launched an investigation.—(News Vibes of India)
