Srinagar, Aug 04 (NVI): A sudden cloudburst in the Kawcherwan, Kangan area of District Ganderbal, has led to the temporary closure of the Srinagar-Kargil road, a critical route connecting the regions.

The intense rainfall resulted in flash floods that swept debris and mud onto the highway, making it impossable for commuters.
