New Delhi (NVI): In the backdrop of huge surge in COVID-19 cases in the country, India has recieved another shipment from UK, containing 120 oxygen concentrators, official spokesperson of Ministry of External Affairs Arindam Bagchi said today.
“Cooperation with UK continues. Welcome another shipment from the United Kingdom, containing 120 oxygen concentrators that arrived early this morning,” Bagchi tweeted.
Recently, a shipment from Britain, including 100 ventilators and 95 oxygen concentrators had arrived in the capital, New Delhi.
India has reported highest single-day spike with 3,79,257 new COVID-19 cases, taking the total number of cases to 1,83,76,524 in the country.
The country has reported 3,645 deaths in the last 24 hours which took the total toll to 2,04,832 while 2,69,507 people have been recovered in the same period.
