New Delhi: India recorded 3,714 fresh Covid cases and 7 deaths in a span of 24 hours yesterday, the Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 5,24,708.
The country’s active caseload currently stands at 26,976, the Ministry said.
Nearly 2,513 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours, taking cumulative recoveries to 4,26,33,365, it said.

Yesterday, the country registered 4,518 fresh cases and 9 deaths in 24 hours.
On Sunday, the country registered 4,270 cases in 24 hours.
A day prior to that, the country registered 3,962 fresh Covid cases and 26 deaths in 24 hours.

On Friday last, the country registered 4,041 cases and 10 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day earlier, the country registered 3,712 new Covid cases in 24 hours.
On Wednesday last, the country registered 2,338 new Covid cases and 19 deaths in 24 hours.
