New Delhi (NVI): Police personnel gathered outside the Delhi Police headquarters here on November 5 protested against the clash that broke out between police & lawyers at Tis Hazari Court on 2nd November. Cops came out in large numbers demanding to meet the Police Commissioner and raise slogans of “we want justice”.
After which Delhi Commissioner of Police Amulya Patnaik addresses the police personnel and said “I appeal to all to maintain peace. It’s a trying time for us. We need to fulfill the responsibility of maintaining & assuring law & order. It is expected from us that we the protectors of law will continue to assure law & order in the capital”
Meanwhile, Delhi Police also submits report to the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) on the incident that took place on November 2, an official sources said.
