Srinagar, Sep 11 (NVI) : A Gunfight has started between Terrorists and Security forces in Khandara Top Basantgarh area of Udhampur district in Jammu division on Wednesday afternoon.
A Senior Police officer told the news Vibes of India—(NVI) that a joint team of Police and Army launched a cordon and search operation in Khandara Top, Basantgarh.
As the joint team of forces approached towards the suspected spot, the hiding Terrorists fired upon the forces, triggering off a gunfight, he said.
Meanwhile Police Officer also confirmed (NVI) about exchange of firing between Terrorists and Security forces.
