New Delhi: India registered 9,119 fresh Covid cases and 396 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 4,66,980 while the country’s active cases now stand at 1,09,940, which is the lowest in 539 days.
Nearly 10,264 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative tally of recovered patients to 3,39,67,962.
The tally of vaccination has reached 1,19,38,44,741 with 90,27,638 people being inoculated in the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, the country reported 9,283 new cases in 24 hours.
Nearly 7,579 fresh Covid cases and 236 fatalities were reported from across the country on Tuesday.
The country registered 8,488 fresh Covid cases and 249 deaths in 24 hours, a day earlier.
During the previous 24 hours, 10,488 new cases and 313 deaths were reported from across the country.
A day prior to that, 10,302 fresh COVID-19 cases and 267 fatalities were reported in 24 hours.
On Friday, the country reported 11,106 fresh Covid cases and 459 fatalities in 24 hours.
