New Delhi: India registered 4,194 fresh Covid cases and 255 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll due to the Covid pandemic has reached 5,15,714.
The active cases across the country stand at 0.10%, taking the total active caseload to 42,219.
Nearly 6,208 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative recoveries to 4,24,26,328.
Yesterday, the country registered 4,184 fresh Covid cases and 104 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day prior to that, the country registered 4,575 fresh Covid cases and 145 fatalities in 24 hours.
The country registered 3,993 fresh Covid cases and 108 fatalities in 24 hours on Tuesday morning.
