Srinagar, July 18 (NVI):- The Indian Army today foiled an infiltration attempt by a group of terrorists in Keran sector of the Line of Control (LoC) in Kupwara district of Kashmir.
An intense gunfight is underway between the terrorists and the Army, officials said.
The gun battle erupted after the group of infiltrating terrorists was challenged by the Indian Army personnel.

It may be recalled that the Army had foiled a similar infiltration bid in the same Keran sector a few days back by killing 3 terrorists.
