New Delhi (NVI): An earthquake of magnitude 3.7 on the Richter scale struck Arunachal Pradesh’s Anjaw district in the wee hours of Monday, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).
The National Center for Seismology (NCS) tweeted, “Earthquake of magnitude: 3.7, occurred on 24-08-2020, 03:36:12 IST, Lat[itude]: 27.70 and Long[itude]: 96.79, Depth: 120 km, location: 15km ESE of Changlang, Arunachal Pradesh.”

Earlier on August 6, an earthquake of magnitude 3.0 on the Richter scale occurred at 42 kilometres from Tawang in the state.
