New Delhi (NVI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi has cancelled his visit to West Bengal tomorrow to campaign for the ongoing state assembly polls as he will be chairing high-level meetings to review the prevailing Covid crisis in the country.
“Tomorrow, will be chairing high-level meetings to review the prevailing COVID-19 situation. Due to that, I would not be going to West Bengal,” PM Modi said in a tweet.

PM’s decision to cancel his Bengal visit comes amid severe shortage of oxygen supplies at hospitals in some states.
In a high level-meeting today, PM reviewed the availability and supply of oxygen across the country, asking states to improve the supply and stop any kind of hoarding.
