New Delhi (NVI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi today greeted the nation on Chhath Puja and wished happiness and prosperity for all.
PM Modi took to twitter and wrote, “Wishes to everyone in the country on the grand festival of worshipping the sun. May Chhathi Maiyya grant happiness, prosperity and vitality of the Sun God to everyone.”

The four-day festival began on Wednesday with Nahai-Khay ritual. It will culminate on November 21 with prayers to the rising sun.
Chhath Puja is celebrated by scores of people, especially those hailing from Bihar and eastern Uttar Pradesh.
