Police attach property of Terror Handler at Tral in Pulwama district

Srinagar, Jan 07 (NVI): In a significant action against terrorism, the Awantipora Police have attached an immovable property worth lakhs in Syedabad Pastoona Tral, owned by a Pakistan-based terror handler, Mubashir Ahmad.

The property, consisting of 04 Marlas of land, was seized under sections 25 of the UAPA Act.

The attachment follows an investigation conducted by the Awantipora Police, which identified the property as belonging to Ahmad, who is involved in promoting and reviving terrorist activities. Ahmad, a resident of Syedabad Pastoona Tral, is accused of smuggling arms and ammunition into the region to activate local terror networks and facilitate violence.

This operation demonstrates J&K Police’s unwavering commitment to curbing terrorist activities and dismantling terror networks in the region.
