New Delhi (NVI): The Supreme Court today said that ex-Ranbaxy promoter brothers Malvinder Singh and Shivinder Singh brothers violated its order asking them not to divest their shares in Fortis Healthcare Limited and pronounced them guilty of contempt of court in a case filed by Japanese firm Daiichi Sankyo.

The apex court said the Singh brothers violated its order asking them not to divest their shares in Fortis Healthcare Limited, reports said.
