Srinagar (NVI): Security forces have launched a cordon and search operation in Kreeri area of Baramulla in north Kashmir early this morning following inputs of militants movement.
A joint team of 29 Rashtriya Rifles, SOG, and 176 Battalion of CRPF cordoned off the area.
“29RR, SOG, 176BN CRPF jointly cordoned off the Kalantra village following the inputs of militants movement into the area,” officials said.
All entry and exit points of the area have been sealed off by the forces.
