Rajouri, July 22 (NVI): A soldier was injured after slipping from a height while returning from an anti-terror operation in Jammu and Kashmir’s Rajouri district on Wednesday, officials said.
The injured soldier, identified as Sepoy Gurpreet Singh, is suspected to have suffered a head injury after the fall, they said.
He was immediately evacuated from the area and shifted to the Army’s 150 General Hospital in Rajouri for treatment.
Officials said the incident occurred while the soldier was returning from an anti-terror operation. His condition was being monitored, while further details were awaited.(NVI)
