New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 11.1 million-mark and currently stands at 11,156,923 after 17,407 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry data.

The country’s death toll stands at 1,57,435 after 89 new fatalities were reported during the same period.

Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state with 21,79,185 COVID-19 cases followed by Kerala with 10,67,044 and Karnataka with 9,52,565 positive cases.
