New Delhi (NVI): The total number of coronavirus cases in India has crossed the 11.2 million-mark and currently stands at 11,285,561 after 22,854 new cases were reported in the last 24 hours, according to the Union Health Ministry data.

The country’s death toll stands at 1,58,189 after 126 new fatalities were reported during the same period.

Maharashtra remains the worst-affected state with 22,52,057 COVID-19 cases followed by Kerala with 10,83,530 and Karnataka with 9,56,801 positive cases.
