Srinagar (NVI): Terrorists attacked a patrolling party of Central Reserve Police Force (CRPF) at Nowgam area of Srinagar this morning, however, no casualty was reported, officials said today.
Officals said that terrorists fired at the Road Opening Party of CRPF at Nowgam and managed to flee from the spot. “There was no report of any injury to anybody from the forces,” the official said.
They also said that entire area has been cordoned off and a massive manhunt has been launched to nab the attackers. More details awaited.
On August 14, terrorists killed two policemen in the same area and also snatched one of the rifles.
