Rajouri, Aug 28 (NVI): The Army thwarted an attempted drone intrusion from Pakistan along the Line of Control (LoC) in Rajouri district, officials said on Friday.
Three drones entered Indian airspace near Rumlidhara in the Nowshera sector during the intervening night, they said.
Alert troops detected the movement and activated counter-drone systems, forcing the three drones to retreat across the LoC, officials said.
A search operation has been launched in the area as a precautionary measure, they added.(NVI)
