Two Dead, Six Injured in Kishtwar Accident

Srinagar, Oct 23 (NVI): Two persons died and six others sustained injuries after a passenger vehicle they were traveling in met with an accident in the Chasti Padder area of Kishtwar district, Jammu and Kashmir.

An official said that the incident took place after tata Sumo (registration No. JK 17-7378) met with an accident at Chasti Padder around 2:50 PM while traveling from Chasoti to Gulabgarh Padder.

The incident resulted in the deaths of two people and injuries to six others.

The injured people were taken to SDH Atholi Padder for medical treatment. Among those injured are Shri Kant, Akshay Kumar, Pawan Singh, Kuldeep Singh, Jewan Singh, and Vijay Kumar, all residents of Chasoti.

The deceased are Akshay Kumar, son of Bansi Lal, and Parveen Kumar, son of Bal Krishan, also from Chasoti.—(News Vibes of India)
