Srinagar (NVI): Two unidentified terrorists have been killed in an encounter with security forces in Shalgul forest area in Anantnag district of South Kashmir.

The fierce gunfight took place this morning when a joint team of J&K Police, Army and CRPF launched a cordon and search operation in Shalgul forest area in Anantnag, police officials said.
As the joint team approached the suspected spot, the hiding terrorists opened fired on them, triggering a gunfight. Two ultras were killed in the retaliatory fire by the forces, they said.
