Peshawar: Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan (TTP) is peeved at Pakistan for its repeated attempts to convince the international community that the “Jihadist” outfit is a “global military organisation with the ideology of ISIS”.
Maintaining that it has “no external agenda”, the TTP asked the international organisations not to fall for the “tricks of the looters” of the Pakistani State.
“We are neither affiliated with any international military organization nor do we have any external agenda,” its spokesman Muhammad Khurasani said in a statement.
His statement came after Pakistani media stated that “the Pakistani authorities have once again tried to convince the international observers that the Tehreek-e-Taliban Pakistan is a global military organization with the ideology of ISIS.”
Khurasani added that “the happy thing in this regard is that Pakistani institutions have not got enough success despite immense flattery, due to which Pakistani Generals are very disappointed and there are clear signs of failure in private institutions.”
The spokesman said the TTP has “repeatedly explained” that it is “a jihadist and revolutionary movement born from the womb of the Pakistani nation.”
The sole goal of the TTP “is to free the Pakistani people from oppression and economic exploitation by the State thugs after the acceptance of Islamic principles,” Khurasani said.
He said the TTP is “engaged in holy jihad against the oppressive and oppressive state rogues of Pakistan in the light of the fatwas and instructions of hundreds of eminent scholars and eminent religious institutions of the country.”
The TTP spokesman added, “Our religion and mushrab is free from exaggeration and extravagance, based on the interpretations of the great Ulema of Deoband and the Mufti of Hanafi Jurisprudence derived from the Qur’an and Sunnah.”
So, he said, “There is no need for the enemy to present objectives of the TTP in front of the world as we have repeatedly presented our intellectual and military objective to the world.”
The spokesman went on to add, “The international organizations should not show favoritism by following the tricks of the looters of the state, national treasury and national resources and robbers on the public mandate.”
