New Delhi (NVI): A mild intensity earthquake measuring 3.4 on the Richter scale hit Changlang district in Arunachal Pradesh today.
“The quake struck at 8.00 am at a depth of 10 km on latitude 27. 44 degree North and longitude 96.30 degree East with its epicentre at Changlang,” according to National Centre for Seismology.

However, no casualty or damage of property has been reported.
Earlier on October 9, an earthquake of magnitude 3.0 on the Richter scale hit Tawang district of the state.
