Quetta: Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) has claimed responsibility for targeting the Pakistani army and its interests in four separate attacks in Balochistan, killing at least 2 enemy personnel and injuring 5 in the process over the last one week.

Baloch Liberation Army fighters targeted the occupying Pakistani army and a vehicle carrying Baloch national resources and a communication tower in the attacks in Tump and Kohlu, said a statement issued by its spokesman Jeeyand Baloch.

In one attack, BLA fighters simultaneously targeted the main camp and a post of the occupying Pakistani army at two different locations in the Rodban area of ​​Tump, Kech on the night of September 30.

The freedom fighters attacked the main camp of the occupying Pakistani army in Rodban Bazar using rockets and other heavy weapons, said the statement to NVI.

Two enemy personnel were killed on the spot, and at least three others were injured when the rocket hit the security posts inside the camp, the spokesman said.

The enemy army also suffered financial losses, he added.

At the same time, another squad of fighters attacked the occupied Pakistan Army post at Shahap Cross in Rodban. Jeeyand Baloch said.

The fighters fired multiple rounds from grenade launchers and attacked the enemy army with heavy weapons, he said, adding as a result, at least 2 enemy personnel were injured.

Earlier, on September 25, BLA fighters targeted a vehicle involved in the looting of Baloch national resources in Chamalang area of ​​Kohlu in an IED attack, as a result of which the said vehicle was severely damaged, the spokesman said.

“The BLA makes it clear to those participating in the looting of Baloch national resources that the Baloch Liberation Army will not allow anyone to exploit these resources. Our attacks will be more intense in the future,” the spokesman warned.

Baloch Liberation Army Fighters, in another attack, targeted and destroyed a communication tower in Bala Dhaka between Kohlu and Barkhan on September 18, he said.

“The Baloch Liberation Army accepts responsibility for these attacks and reiterates its commitment that our armed resistance will continue until the liberation of the Baloch motherland,” the spokesman said.
