Quetta, June 21 (NVI) Baloch Liberation Army (BLA) tonight claimed to have killed 15 Pakistani soldiers and injured 6 in six coordinated attacks in Kalat district of Balochistan during the day.
These attacks included IED explosions and armed assaults, BLA spokesman Jeeyand Baloch said in a statement.
Giving details, he said BLA freedom fighters first targeted occupying Pakistani army personnel near the dam in the Mangochar area of Kalat by detonating in a remote-controlled IED.
The soldiers were hit when they reached a temporary outpost to provide security to an army convoy, he said.
The freedom fighters had already planted explosives there and detonated those, eliminating 2 enemy army personnel on the spot, the spokesman said.
Soon after, more army personnel reached the spot and the freedom fighters then detonated the second IED attack.
