Srinagar, Sep 13 (NVI) Inspector General of Police, Kashmir Zone, Sujit Kumar on Sunday reviewed the security and law and order situation in Sopore and stressed the need for intelligence-based operations against terrorists and their support network.
During the review, Kumar emphasised strengthening the intelligence network, improving coordination among security agencies and enhancing naka and interception mechanisms, officials said.
He also stressed the need for proactive measures and operational preparedness to ensure peace and stability in the area, they said.—(NVI)
