Srinagar, Sep 22 (NVI) Chief Minister Omar Abdullah on Tuesday chaired the 12th meeting of the Council of Ministers here and reviewed various development initiatives, ongoing projects and governance priorities in Jammu and Kashmir, officials said.
The meeting, held at the Civil Secretariat, saw detailed discussions on the progress of key projects and schemes across different sectors, they said.
The council reviewed sector-wise progress and stressed the need for inclusive and balanced development across the Union Territory, officials said.
The chief minister directed departments to accelerate implementation of flagship schemes, ensure time-bound completion of projects and strengthen delivery of public services at the grassroots level.
Ministers attending the meeting also put forward their views on departmental priorities and issues concerning the public, they said.—(NVI)
