Amit Shah to Review Amarnath Yatra Preparedness on Friday

New Delhi, June 12 (NVI): Union Home Minister Amit Shah will chair a high-level meeting on Friday to review security and administrative preparedness for the upcoming Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra, official sources said.

The meeting is scheduled to be held at 11 am and will be attended by National Security Advisor Ajit Doval, Jammu and Kashmir Lieutenant Governor Manoj Sinha, Chief of Army Staff General Upendra Dwivedi, Director General of the CRPF G.P. Singh, and other senior officials.

Sources said the meeting will focus on security arrangements, logistics, deployment plans, and coordination among various agencies to ensure the smooth and safe conduct of the annual pilgrimage.

The Shri Amarnath Ji Yatra is scheduled to commence later this month amid heightened security measures across Jammu and Kashmir.(NVI)
