New Delhi, Nov 7 (NVI): The Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) has ordered the transfer of two IAS officers of the AGMUT cadre from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh with immediate effect, according to an official order.
As per the order issued on November 6, Rakesh Minhas, a 2016-batch IAS officer, and Faz Lul Haseeb, a 2018-batch IAS officer, have been transferred from Jammu and Kashmir to Ladakh until further orders.
The order, issued with the approval of the competent authority, has been circulated to the officers concerned through the Chief Secretary of Jammu and Kashmir.
The Ministry has also forwarded copies of the order to the Chief Secretaries of the concerned Union Territories and other authorities for necessary action.
The transfers have come into effect immediately and will remain in force until further orders, the order stated.—(NVI)
