New Delhi: India registered 7,584 fresh Covid cases and 24 deaths in a span of 24 hours yesterday, the Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 5,24,747.
The country’s active caseload currently stands at 36,267, the Ministry said.
Nearly 3,791 patients have been recovered in the last 24 hours, taking cumulative recoveries to 4,26,44,092, it said.

Yesterday, the country registered 7,240 cases and 8 fatalities in 24 hours.
A day prior to that, the country registered 5,233 cases and 7 fatalities in 24 hours.
On Tuesday last, the country recorded 3,714 fresh Covid cases and 7 deaths in 24 hours.

The country registered 4,518 new Covid cases and 9 deaths in 24 hours, a day earlier.
On Sunday, the country registered 4,270 cases in 24 hours.
