New Delhi (NVI): A major fire broke out in a coach of the Delhi-Dehradun Shatabdi Express today near the Kansro area in Uttarakhand.
The fire was caused by a short circuit in compartment number C-4 in the train, according to media reports.
However, the passengers managed to get to safety before the compartment burst into flames.
The coach was detached from the train and all the passengers were shifted to other compartments. Later, the train departed for its destination.
