New Delhi: India registered 11,271 fresh Covid cases and 285 fatalities in the last 24 hours, the Union Health Ministry said today.
With this, the cumulative death toll across the country has reached 4,63,530 while the country’s active cases now stand at 1,35,918, which is the lowest in 17 months.
Nearly 11,376 patients have recovered in the last 24 hours, taking the cumulative tally of recovered patients to 3,38,37,859.
The tally of vaccination has reached 1,12,01,03,225 with 57,43,840 people being innoculated in the last 24 hours.
Yesterday, the country reported 11,850 fresh Covid cases and 555 fatalities in 24 hours.
On Friday, the government reported registration of 12,516 fresh covid cases and 501 fatalities in 24 hours.
During the previous 24 hours, 13,091 new cases and 340 deaths were reported from across the country.
A day prior to that, 11,466 fresh COVID-19 cases were reported in 24 hours.
Nearly 10,126 fresh Covid cases and 332 fatalities were reported on Tuesday.
The country reported 11,451 fresh Covid cases and 266 fatalities in 24 hours, a day earlier.
