New Delhi (NVI): A total of 3,92,488 new COVID-19 cases were reported in the last 24 hours in India, taking the cumulative cases to 1,95,57,457 in the country.
The country has also registered 3,689 deaths and 3,07,865 discharges in the last 24 hours, as per Union Health Ministry.
“India reported 3,92,488 new COVID-19 cases, 3689 deaths and 3,07,865 discharges in the last 24 hours. Total cases stand at 1,95,57,457, recovries at 1,59,92,271 while toll rose to 2,15,542. There are 33,49,644 active cases in the country,” health ministry said in a daily bulletin.
According to the data, 15,68,16,031 doses of vaccine has been administered so far.
Indian Council of Medical Research (ICMR) said that 29,01,42,339 samples were tested up to April 30, 2021 for COVID19. Of these, 18,04,954 samples were tested yesterday.
