New Delhi (NVI): An earthquake of magnitude 3.2 on the Richter scale struck Himachal Pradesh’s Bilaspur district today, according to the National Centre for Seismology (NCS).
“Earthquake of Magnitude:3.2, Occurred on 24-10-2020, 10:34:29 IST, Lat: 31.35 & Long: 76.84, Depth: 7.0 Km ,Location: Bilaspur, Himachal Pradesh,” the NCS tweeted.

However, there were no immediate reports of any loss of life or damage to any property due to the earthquake. Further details awaited.
Earlier yesterday, a moderate-intensity earthquake of magnitude 2.7 shook Himachal Pradesh’s Chamba district.
The state is prone to earthquakes, light to moderate intensity quakes are regular as several parts of the hill-state fall under seismic zone five.
