PM addresses Indian Diaspora in Germany

New Delhi: On his tour to 3 countries, Prime Minister Narendra Modi addressed and interacted with the Indian community in Germany at the Theatre am Potsdamer Platz, Berlin.

More than 1600 members of the vibrant Indian community in Germany consisting of students, researchers and professionals participated in the event, official release said.

Prime Minister noted their contribution to Germany’s economy and society.

He enthused them to contribute to India’s “Vocal for Local” initiative by promoting Indian products globally.

Political stability and development oriented governance has played a major role in India’s development strides in the last 8 years, he added.

Later, the Prime Minister reached Denmark for second leg of his 3-nation tour.
