New Delhi (NVI): In the backdrop of surging cases of COVID-19, Rajasthan government today imposed night curfew from 8 Pm to 6 Am, starting tonight.
According to the information, the curfew has been imposed in nine cities including Jaipur, Ajmer, Alwar, Bhilwara, Chittorgarh, Dungarpur, Jodhpur, Kota and Abu Road.
According to the Health Ministry data, the state has 24,085 active cases, 3,27,304 cured and 2,898 deaths so far.
India’s daily new cases continue to rise with 1,45,384 new cases registered in the last 24 hours.
The total active caseload has reached 10,46,631.
It now comprises 7.93 per cent of the country’s total positive cases.
A net incline of 67,023 cases recorded from the total active caseload in the last 24 hours.
