New Delhi, May 25: For the fourth time in 10 days, Petrol and Diesel prices were increased again today.
The price of Petrol has now been increased by Rs. 2.61 per litre and Diesel price has been raised by Rs. 2.71 per litre.
Accordingly the fuel rates in 4 Metro cities of the country are as follows:
Petrol:
Delhi 102.12 (+2.61)
Kolkata 113.51 (+2.87)
Mumbai 111.21 (+2.72)
Chennai 107.77 (+2.46)
Diesel:
Delhi 95.20 (+2.71)
Kolkata 99.82 (+2.80)
Mumbai 97.83 (+2.81)
Chennai 99.55 (+2.57)
This is the fourth increase since May 15.
Only two days back, the prices of Petrol and Diesel were increased by up to 99 paise and 87 paise, respectively.
Prior to that, the prices of Petrol and Diesel were raised by over Rs 3 per litre.
